About

Original folk / blues from an easy-going bunch of west Cumbrian friends who perform catchy original songs, often with environmental themes.

Angie Power (vox), Cathy Grout (bass, vox), Dave Camlin (guitar, vox) and Keith Fitton (guitar, vox) formed a social ‘bubble’ to make music to get through lockdown together, and then we kept on playing.

Influenced by folk and blues styles, we make laid-back music for enjoying around bonfires or in intimate spaces like lounges, barns, kitchens and gardens. And parlours.

Parlour Concerts

As West Cumbria’s leading (possibly, only) parlour band, we’re always on the lookout for intimate host venues to share our songs, and help promote environmental causes. We believe in the principles of ‘think global, act local’, and are keen to support local activity which promotes global sustainability.

Tickets for our parlour concerts are on a 'pay what you feel' donation basis, with all proceeds going to local environmental causes like west Cumbria Friends of the Earth.
